I'm an integrative counsellor and an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). 


My inspiration to become a counsellor came from a therapist who helped me get my life back on track after a serious car accident had left me with PTSD and a fear of driving. 

I was amazed by the power of talking therapy and

I was amazed by the power of talking therapy and how transformative it was to my emotional and physical wellbeing.


My counselling philosophy is to help my clients make positive changes while working on acceptance for things beyond their control.

My services

I work in private practice based on South Street in St Andrews. I also offer online counselling via Zoom.

 

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs, combining a number of theories and evidence-based modalities such as person-centred approach, CBT, attachment theory and mindfulness. 


I work with adults

I work with adults and older children (11+). 

I also volunteer with a local charity supporting 

survivors of sexual abuse.

My fees

Initial 30-minute consultation: Free 

Adult counselling session: £50

Student counselling session: £45

45-minute young person counselling session: £35
