Integrative therapy is an individualised approach that combines ideas and techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought. It is a holistic approach that considers your mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing. As an integrative therapist I recognise that we are all unique and as such I tailor your treatment plan to your individual needs.
Most clients come weekly, but fortnightly or ad hoc sessions can work too.
Yes. The only exception is if there is a safeguarding concern or risk of serious harm.
Not at all. Many clients come to therapy for the first time.
Yes, I see clients aged 13+. My previous experience includes a counselling placement in a secondary school in the south of England.
Parents may join the free initial consultation if helpful. Ongoing sessions prioritise the young person’s privacy, unless safety concerns arise.
