
My journey into counselling began after experiencing PTSD following a serious car accident. Finding the right support and rebuilding my own sense of safety changed my life and inspired me to leave my corporate job and retrain as a therapist.
Today, I work with adults and young people (13+) experiencing anxiety, low mood, depression, relationship struggles, academic stress, trauma responses, and general emotional overwhelm.
Alongside my private practice, I also work with professional athletes. I am a member of a consultant network of therapists supporting stakeholders of organisations such as The Professional Footballers' Association and The Injured Jockeys Funds.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I use a warm and relational style and draw from evidence-based therapeutic approaches:
